We know that cancer cells die at 42 degrees centigrade, and healthy cells are not harmed by as much as 42 C. So by using radio waves we can heat up a tumor to 42 C, cancer cells die, and healthy cells remain to provide cleanup and healing services to the tumor area. This is used in Europe.

Note: that in US this is done with microwaves, and microwaves do harm healthy cells. However, it is not used often I assume because the non-effective and horribly toxic chemotherapy makes more money for the US cancer industry.
