I have attended CIC and MIC courses and have listened to most all of the early seminars as well as phone conference calls and early OM. GTEN and Order of Merchants kinda seemed to spawned out of CIC. I couldn't have said it better myself.

I was originally introduced to GTEN by MIC and Order of Merchants and am thankful to them for it. My biggest interest has been the inner-workings of trusts and how they can be applied to benefit us in whatever we chose to create in this world.

I understand the theory and concept of how, but my question is why. If you're not using the PERSON, who cares who comes after it? If you did for some reason have an attachment to the PERSON, would you really want to have the Man lien the PERSON? How would you stand behind that and enforce it in a court type scenario without looking dual-minded?
