Thanks for your advice, N8B6!

I wonder how NESARA / GESARA, which are already law and are due to be announced this year, will affect taxation on types of transactions, making them easier and cheaper.
18 Jan 2021 19:26
I think you can, but you are going to have to stll record your financial transactions.

If the trust is formed under the international law and is NOT subject to their rules, statutes etc, without your consent, but the banks may want to report transactions over 500$ just remember and assume that your records will be under sensorship for said transactions should you be audited. In short , Make sure you got your books together...

Hi.

Many governments make it next to impossible to transact with cryptocurrencies without being taxed at every turn.

Let say that I anonymously fund an offshore crypto wallet without using a birth name or a legal name, or triggering the first taxable event (e.g. selling them or converting them into cash).

So again, if I do nothing but fund the wallet anonymously, can l “attach” it, through anonymous donations or transfers, to a trust entity within a private express trust network I create...

One of the major questions in creating a trust is: "Who can fill what position in the trust?" I've studied trusts for a long time and have seen various discussions on this topic, usually with conflicting conclusions.

I am new to GTEN and this topic may be covered somewhere on the GTEN website, but I have yet to find GTEN's recommendations. I wish there was a thorough written discussion of the mechanics of transferring assets into trust. The whole point is to divest myself of the assets I...

My significant other was subpoenaed by the prosecutor. We have audio of the court proceeding, whereby the judge issued a warrant for the Defendant.

Are you also going to create investments that pair real estate with cryptocurrencies?

I ask for several reasons:

1) You know real estate quite well because you've bought and sold many real estate properties

2) Lately, I've been researching REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts).

Beneficiaries of a private express trust need not be revealed. When operated correctly, a private express trust is not subject to subpoena, so no records are due to any creditor.

Having said that, it's also advisable to not be a beneficiary. Gather your benefits as trustee. Keep your three trust parties distinct: grantor, trustee(s), and beneficiary(ies).

You will need to up on the rules of the 501 tax exempt organizations to see who can own them. If a Canadian organization can own and operate a 501 company, then yes, you could develop American corporate credit for that entity.

I get your point. Yes, I should use an entrepreneur's perspective, not an employee's.

In order to incorporate, E-2 VISA requires me to apply for an EIN, making my corporation liable for taxes. I've read that foreign nationals can only start S-Corps only if they're permanent residents or pass the substantial presence test.

As a foreign national, can I register a tax-exempt organization and still qualify for a E-2 VISA? Based on what I see, yes, but probably with caveats.

Then wouldn't your...

You're mixing concepts. A private trust can be tax non-obligated if properly administered. That has no bearing on the Living Free of the System course information. Living Free of the System shows how an American born free inhabitant can legally and lawfully avoid personal income tax liability as an employee.
25 Mar 2018 11:12
Hi all.

Does operating in trust in any given country apply equally to foreign-born citizens as it does natural-born citizens?

Here's an example of what I mean:

Let's say you're a Canadian citizen by birth. You create your U.S. corporation and fulfill all obligations under an E-2 VISA.

You get more freedom to visit and stay in the U.S while your business still runs. You pay corporate taxes. If you spend a certain amount of time, won't you be required to become a tax resident?

If you...

In theory, taxation of an LLC as a corp should solve the jurisdictional issue for the trust, yes. I still prefer C-corps because they are less tracked by tax paperwork. Whenever an LLC makes money of a certain amount, the payer of the revenue is required to report it on a 1099. There is no such requirement for reporting on a C-corp. The LLC was created and actively marketed by the Feds in order to cause people to unwittingly agree to such tracking of earnings by reporting requirements placed on...

This is a rephrase of my last question which was not clear. As a veteran, do I let go of the benefits I incurred from my four years of military service twenty years ago; since, going to the VA would indeed be a use of benefits, the VA does have my SSN and would identify me through that. Rights to royalties are property, no different from any other asset. They can be sold, donated or otherwise transferred at any time. When entering into a rights contract with royalties, it is often worth including an assignment clause to ensure the parties agree that the rights can be sold or assigned. Also, simply making the payee "John Doe and/or assignee(s)" does the trick.

A private trust can own the shares of a public entity. C-corps are better for trusts to own because they cut off the tax liability at the public entity level, whereas LLCs pass the liability through to the trust, which puts the trust in business with the IRS. A better way to handle the whole matter is for the trust to loan the company money by contractual security agreement and record a consensual lien for all the assets of the company. Now it doesn't own the company, it just ultimately controls...

Just to confirm my question in #3 above. In "The Greatest Story Never Told" he says this:

"Since there is no worth associated with these ‘notes’, they can only be used in a bankrupt system, and anything purchased by them actually belongs to the creditor and creator of the ‘notes’, the Federal Reserve Bank."

So, I feel concern that a trust res consisting of material "purchased" with FRNs will never be legitimately owned by the Trust. Is this not so?

Thank you.

In learning more about Trusts, I keep coming to the point that if one wants to interact with, say, the local liquor store clerk, one would need a proxy to do so if that clerk asks for ID for the purchase if one did not have one or wish to present it.

This seems weak and flimsy to me. Additionally, if the whole of society finally got educated and interacted in trust, who would be left to get that 6-pack from the store?

More to the point, it seems that one would have to put his burdens on...

3) Trust Law - YES!!! The more examples from Canadian or other non-American jurisdictions,

Won't CRA tax you? I'm guessing that there's way to assign this income to a private express trust, staying clear of your strawman legal name and eliminating tax liability?

It...
