Hi.

Many governments make it next to impossible to transact with cryptocurrencies without being taxed at every turn.

Let say that I anonymously fund an offshore crypto wallet without using a birth name or a legal name, or triggering the first taxable event (e.g. selling them or converting them into cash).

So again, if I do nothing but fund the wallet anonymously, can l “attach” it, through anonymous donations or transfers, to a trust entity within a private express trust network I create afterwards?

Thanks.

I think you can, but you are going to have to stll record your financial transactions.

If the trust is formed under the international law and is NOT subject to their rules, statutes etc, without your consent, but the banks may want to report transactions over 500$ just remember and assume that your records will be under sensorship for said transactions should you be audited. In short , Make sure you got your books together...
